Shipping policy

  • We deliver to all and any postal address around India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request that you provide a full street address with a pin code / zip code.
  • Our courier partners are DHL / FEDEX and BLUEDART.
  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture.
  • Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.
  • The recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
  • ZARI ships all parcels fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Zari will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after it is left at the customer's address by a postal / courier agency.
  • You may check the status of delivery on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  • In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days to deliver. If you opt for standard stitching, an additional 3 working days are applicable to the delivery time.
  • The billing address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. The shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
  • The delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
  • The VAT, import duties, and local taxes are borne directly by the customer to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be charged over and above the product or order price you pay in the e-shop.
